The level of pressure is also individually applied depending on the nature of your injury and the focus of your massage session.
Apart from Massage Therapy and the study of the human body, Gavin is also a keen Martial Artist. He is a Sifu (red belt) of Wu-Chi Kung-Fu having trained it for 20 years and teaches classes for kids, teens and adults in Mullumbimby. He is also a current student of the Zhong Ding association where he is learning Cheng Man-Ch’ing Style Tai Chi, Gao family Ba Gua and Hsing I. Over the last couple of years he’s also been learning some bladed Silat weapons and also Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (of which he is still a complete beginner on white belt and loving it!). If he's not training Kung Fu, running a half-marathon, participating in obstacle course races, surfing or working on Bonsai's; he'll be spending time and loving life with his wife and two girls.
